Talia is part of the 2010 – 1012 ‘Canadian Forces Artists Program’. She was in Afghanistan in July, 2010. The projects that followed have included a short play, Ten O’clock, read at FemFest, in Wpg, and at PAL Vancouver, a short film, INTEL, screened on CBC TV, a feature length screen play, in development, and a full-length stage play, Cry After Midnight, read at the Women Playwrights international Conference, Stockholm, Sweden, 2012.
Talia’s lecture, Tales From Afghanistan, will be held on Wed. March 20, 2013, at 12:30 pm, at Fred Douglas Place, 333 Vaughan Street, in Winnipeg.
